All items are made to order to reduce waste and be more mindful of the environment. After your order is placed, items are first shipped to our facility, where the production process begins.
Items may be returned within 14 days and only if they are damged or torn in anyway. We do not do size exchanges or returns for refunds.
Production typically takes 2–3 weeks depending on the product, but most orders are completed in about 1 week. Once finished, shipping usually takes 1–2 weeks, with most orders arriving within 1 week. We also offer next-day shipping options after production is complete.
